I can be riding in car as passenger and just “thinking”, suddenly I’m snoring…

May I ask what surgery? I was told I couldn't after my gastric bypass, but I can now because I can get all my water requirements in

I fall ALOT! Fallen out the bed while asleep numerous times and got hurt. Most of my falls are the result of cataplexy and sudden sleep episodes.... Fallen outside countless times busted up knees, hands body parts on concrete, Once I fell inside and bit through my lip, stitches fixed that up. One time I was driving home and talking to my mom on the phone. I don't know what happened but all the sudden I wake up and I am in this huge unfamiliar neighborhood and don't remember getting there or where I was or how to get out. I went through multiple routes and couldn't get out. At this time we didn't have GPS or phones like we do now.....I was using one of the first flip phones. Scared me to death. I finally found my way out. My mom said I was talking to her like I usually do, nothing weird, didn't even sound sleepy. Stuff similar to this happens on a smaller scale all the time. Thank God I've never had a serious accident!

Omg! I have very vivid dreams also. I sleep talk as well. Recently I had a dream that had some snakes 🐍 and an Alligator. The snake jumped into the alligators mouth and the alligator turned towards me. I shouted get it away from me, all the while running to get away from it. BAM! I ran right out of bed, sheets and blanket too. Hit the window sill. Found myself on the floor on my hands and knees. My left arm, both knees and my right toe were screaming in pain. I had bruises the next day. This was about a month ago and I'm still sore from this incident. Ive always had the vivid dreams, but the acting out tge dream in real time is new.

I have vivid dreams every night. Several times I’ve dreamt that someone was chasing me down flight of stairs. I “ran” right out of bed and landed on floor in pain.
Luckily only bumps and bruises
