One day at a time. I have been fired numerous times and now I don't give it a second thought. I don't need the added stress. I work and then if I am tired, I take a break. If I don't feel comfortable driving to a customer, I reschedule. I am sick and tired (no pun intended) of making excuses so now I don't. I am a good worker and if that is not enough, I will find something else.
I've been with a state government for almost ten years now. Tried ada accommodations and denied twice. So I eat sparingly till dinner time (not recommended) and take frequent walks to keep from dozing off. Whether that be getting water or going to the bathroom, it helps get me moving.
I am disabled for the past 20 years! But when I worked, I worked night shifts! Took me awhile to learn how to sleep at night!
I started Keto diet! It is supposed to give you more energy! We will see what happens! I hope it does!
I used energy gum. It's the same as 1 cup of coffee. On bad days I eat 5 at a time. On good days I go through 3-5 a day. It doesn't taste great and you will want water because it has almost no sugar but it works. I ussually take it as I'm crashing. I also do coffee. I drive 300-500 miles a day and work 13 to 18 hour days. The sugar your taking in will make you sleepy and too much coffee is hard on the stomach.
I Keep My Condition Confidential At Work, But Sometimes Experience Symptoms/gossip. How To Deal? I Don't Like To Discuss It With Coworkers.
