I don't have a great solution here, but I always try and respect my health first. I don't drink if I don't want to, I proudly order a diet coke, I don't shy away from leaving a situation because I have to nap or go to bed. It may be awkward, yes, but living with narcolepsy is hard enough even when everything is going perfectly. Respect yourself and own it!

Honestly, I try breath work and grounding techniques before I walk into a place where I know people are. I curl my toes on the ground and try to clear my mind of all anxiety. It works a tad bit for me. My therapist suggested it. Good luck 🖤

I'm really not sure I have any tips but just commenting to say that I am massively struggling with fatigue recently so I can completely relate!
