I love napping. Period lol anywhere, during anything.

I used to love reading, but now it's a challenge. I still read, but only a few pages at a time. I can never really "get into" a book like I once used to and I miss it. I do however almost always listen to music.....when I cook, when I work , when I relax, I couldn't live without it. It's therapeutic depending on when and what I'm listening to it can help me relax or help keep me awake. I sometimes play relaxing music while I'm having a nap ( I don't hear it when I fall asleep), but it seems to keep traumatic dreams at bay

Trains. Anything to do with them.

My favorite hobby is quilting. I have a ‘sewing studio’ in one of my bedrooms. I started to purchased lots of fabric and quilting supplies before I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy 1 with Cataplexy. I had a strange premonition that I needed to have a hobby at home in the event I would be homebound. Sewing keeps me out of trouble. I will only drive if I feel rested and not tired, which is not very often.

Lucia, I listened to Chain of Fools, and you guys sound great! I'll have to listen to the others. What a nice way to spend time with friends doing something you enjoy, and others love to sit, relax and listen!
