I also have dry eyes. They hurt real bad too and I can’t see. I found that a couple prednisone knock it back within 2 hours

For the past year I have been dealing with extremely dry eyes. Actually, my left eye is the worst. I've been diagnosed with something called Limbal Stem Cell deficiency. It's painful when it becomes irritated. Gets really red, feels like a grain of sand is stuck in the lid and scapes across my eyeball every time I blink. And the eye becomes very sensitive to light.. Of course, as with narcolepsy, there is no cure! I never related this to narcolepsy until I read this post. I will surely speak to my eye doctor about this connection on my next visit. Yes- I totally have dry eyes- which can really effect your vision.

My sleep dr. told me dry eye is often part of narcolepsy.

I have dry eye syndrome, but I’m not sure if it is related to Narcolepsy, No one has ever told me I sleep with my eyes partially open.
