Oh my yes, at least to the Poly… Actually, the doc in charge of the sleep clinic I was at, didn’t even do the MSLT, because he said my “sleep architecture” was so atypical. There were hundreds 200-300 sleep arousals during the night that did not correspond to external sounds. I was only in Stage 3 sleep for about 4 minutes & never reached Stage 4. No sleep apnea & light snoring - nothing to be considered interruptive.

Sorry you are going through this. No getting restful sleep is daunting.
