i just take 2mg bars of xanax up to 4 times a day but usually two at night and it helps

I hope it works for u. I want to switch to the 1 dose regime. I can't do the 2 dose xywav because I never can get the second dose taken with enough time to sleep on it. My work schedule has me up at 4 am
