Switching meds has been beneficial for me in the past however my new Pulmonologist (sleep doctor) is unwilling to flip them so now waiting (still waiting) to try Xywav.?....

Yes. I was on meth dealer doses of Ritalin and the testing showed I have a variant ( of ADRA2A) that reduces responsiveness to methylphenidate. Changing to Adderall made a huge difference for me.

No haven't ever heard of it. Sounds interesting. I will look into that /talk with my doctor as well. I develope a tolerance very quickly to all meds I have taken for Narcolepsy, so maybe something like this could be beneficial.🤔?. Thanks you for throwing that out here!
