Caffeine has no effect on me so it does nothing to help.

I used to drink about 5 cups of coffee each morning before my formal diagnosis of N2 and treatment. Now on stimulants, I typically don’t drink anything caffeinated. If I do and have already taken my morning Adderall, I feel horrible anxiety type symptoms the rest of the day.

My son has been taking caffeine pills (200 mg) and it seems to help with his alertiviness. It seems that people with Narcolepsy respond differently to different medications and to caffeine, revealing the uniqueness of each person's brain. It seems that Science would have to provide individualized formulas to individuals in order to address their specific needs. Maybe one day that will happen. In the meantime, let's treasure each second you or your loved ones are awake.♥️
