18-24 hours. Super grouch.

I also get twitching and tremor.

If you've ever seen people in withdrawal from cocaine or amphetamines (including Meth amphetamine), they twitch. A lot. (Unflatteringly referred to as "crack twitch")

Next day, I wouldn’t call mine withdrawals tho, my tounge and feet get numb , I have bad facial twitching in my sleep, and I am as tired as I used to be without the meds. I never crave the meds or become crabby or sick without them besides these things…..

I take provigil and was out for a couple of days without realizing it (I take 15 meds and supplements out of a pill organizer and forgot I was out.By the middle day 2 I was depressed, everything hurt, I had a headache and vertigo. Thought I was sick!

I tried to get off the Adderall but after about 3 days it was total withdrawals. I have never felt anything like that! Got back on them!!
