Does Anyone Sleepwalk Since Diagnosed? I Have Started Doing That Some And Also Doing Things I Don't Remember Doing.

When I have an episode of dozing, as I am waking up, I start talking strange things. I really don't know how to explain it. So weird and strange!

While I have never experienced sleep walking, I do sleep talk! Apparently it is a part of narcolepsy. I also experience very vivid dreams which tend to blur with reality. This has led to me running out of the bed and slamming into the window. Bruised and sore. It's no fun.

I have NT1 and started sleep walking and talking throughout the night. I don't believe working hard has any effect on a Narco's sleep as we are exhausted after doing nothing.

I haven't been diagnosed with cataplexy but I have all the symptoms . The harder I work in the evenings the better I sleep I'm finding , which makes sense.

I still do things on my phone in my sleep, and have slept walked once to use the bathroom. I talk in my sleep still too, but all of these were present prior to diagnosis as well.
