Why Does It Seem The Meds They Have You On Work Sometimes Better Then Other Times?

My condition seems to be independently quirky as well. Also, I have to take a break from meds once in awhile & just sleep. Seems the meds cause me to use up whatever it is that my brain has in short supply, & after awhile the meds seem to just not work.
