I'm 59yrs old but I understand or feel what everyone is going through? For me it was bad but controllable (provigil and lots of coffee) now its like crazy, extreme tiredness and easily sleep 10 - 12 hrs a day and still trying to maintain full time job, no enery at job and very tired, sleep on breaks and lunch

I started to work out. And I take a nap everywhere when it's possibl. İf it's not possible I never sit down.

Working from home is a complete game changer for me. I still struggle to stay awake, but it's different now. I am in the comfort of my own home. I used to have EXTREME anxiety about falling asleep in front of people at work. It also made my cateplexy kick in bad. Not anymore! If I do, I do. I wake up and keep going. 🙏🏾
