I had same probleim as Tai, Provigal worked for me for years until I became immune to it, unfortunately! I was also on Sunosi and it did not work for me at all. Now, I am in my second titration of Wakix, and so far, it's other doing much either, but I have to increase it on Thursday and I am holding out hope that it is gonna work! I have already exhausted all of the other daytime medications at this point, with no luck!

I have tried both and I would say that Provigal definitely worked much better for me, until it no longer worked for me anymore.
But remember, everyone's body is different.

When I need not to sleep for example to drive somewhere long, i used something else but I discovered that it is not as effective as medikinet (metilfenidat hidroklorur).
