oh yea i take 2mg of alprazolam 4x day,was taking 60mg of ritalin ir plus foclain40mg once daily,now i take 30mg of adderall instant release twice a day,but like methylphenidate better

i just take 2mg bars of xanax up to 4 times a day but usually two at night and it helps

I am lucky enough to only experience cataplexy a handful times a year. So I don't try to medicate for it
