Does anyone go thru several days of mostly just sleeping?

That's what I was, in fact that's how I started to think there was something wrong with my brain stem (I decided to drop that claim, it's weird to say that), I was in bed almost 20 hours a day, devastating. And later I've found that this can be reversed, maybe don't eat wet food like meet or rice, eat more dry food, eat more grains and vegetable, do light exercise, I'm doing "old-age" rehab jumping at home now.
Another point is that if you really can't stand it, don't sleep too much and too heavy at 3:00 to 5:00 at night (because this is the time when the inhibitory center is at its strongest), you can turn on the bedside lamp and play with your mobile phone. But not often, it will disrupt your body's systems.
Might it could help you:)

I put all the details in my answer about hormones and narcolepsy. Because of the combo of N + PMDD, I would sleep about 16 hours each day 2 days, before my cycle started. (Summarized).

Can't say I just started on Adderall. I also have the Modofianl and Fluoxentine & Proviguil. And all of them I have me some time before work to get in ànother nap.

My Adderall has definitely burned out. Feels like I’ve been in a crash for a few weeks.

If I don’t take my Ritalin, yes, I can sleep a LOT in the day.
