Anyone Else Have Hormone Issues Possibly Caused By Narcolepsy?
A MyNarcolepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’ve been noticing a slow decline in my health and many are hormone based. I’m seeing an endocrinologist in a couple weeks.

Marcia, that's good news your Adderall is working. None of the generic Adderall is working for me, for almost 3 yrs now. It has had negative impact on my life, but I've got new docs that are listening so... Ne er give up hope right?
I do wish there was a way to file Class Action suit against the drug manufacturers. I know they've changed the formula or the potentcy!

Take care. Talk soon.

Hello, your question is interesting. I too have noticed a decline in my health. I know that I have my two autoimmune issues: narcolepsy 1 and a renal malabsorption issue similar to Gettelman's syndrome. I'm holding out for the third autoimmune syndrome. I'll be thinking about you and the findings. Take care!

I've been out of my fast acting Adderall for a month and went to fill my extended release Adderall yesterday and was told they have 5 capsules available and no idea when they will see another delivery. My state medicaid department made this rule of one pharmacy for all medication if taking controlled substances so I can't even check another pharmacy. Just talked with doctor and he's sent script for Ritalin if they have it

I just started taking Adderall a month ago, so far it's been working for me. My anxiety was so bad, Before I literally would not have any control of my paralysis and end up falling causing injuries.
I've noticed that some are experiencing problems at their pharmacy. So far I haven't had no issues yet.

It makes my Narcolepsy worse. Technically I have PMDD, because I take a medicine to decrease the estrogen levels in my blood (prevention of Breast Cancer returning), It is not quite as bad. 2 days before a cycle, when I had them - I would sleep for like 16 hours each day. So yes, affected.
I just saw an article about this I, think; If I find it I'll put a link here. You are not alone.
