I’ve been trying to cut down on the coffee and stick with Tea. Because Caffeine doesn’t really help my narcolepsy(keeping me awake) . I just drink it for the taste

I don't avoid caffeine but it doesn't do anything for me. Caffeine doesn't help or hinder me.

Strong cup when I wake up and then nothing except an occasional espresso night cap. Nothing keeps me awake.

Multiple red bull energy drinks daily, and coffee occasionally. I wouldn't say it has any real effect on me. With as much medication as I take for my narcolepsy w/ cataplexy it just serves as a Kickstarter with them. I can fall asleep after a full red bull without my meds.
