I’ve been trying to cut down on the coffee and stick with Tea. Because Caffeine doesn’t really help my narcolepsy(keeping me awake) . I just drink it for the taste
Strong cup when I wake up and then nothing except an occasional espresso night cap. Nothing keeps me awake.
I generally avoid it but I allow myself an occassional soda (not after 2p.m. though) and chocolate whenever. I love chocolate. I try to limit my dark chocolate as that contains more caffeine. I keep my tea to decaf.
