I’d recommend visiting a sleep specialist. The one I was blessed to find thought I had Narcolepsy at my very first appointment but still had me do a polysomnography followed by a multiple sleep latency test. My doctor was able to look at both of these and clearly tell the diagnosis.

My condition was diagnosed and treated by a neurologist. This specialty can be difficult to find a compassionate doctor, ask around for recommendations first . Good luck to you
