I would drink when I go out with friends but now I find alcohol makes me more anxious or depressed. Not sure how it affects my narcolepsy, but I’ve learned it’s best to not drink a lot. I may just have wine or a cocktail but other than that, I rather not drink.

Reading what you are saying make's a lot of sense. So that is why I avoid drinking in any type of situation.

I limit how much I drink now. I usually don't drink at all unless it's a special occasion. I decided to do this because I have read info about alcohol affecting my sleep quality. My sleep routine and quality is something that I have found to really help with my natural treatment of my narcolepsy
