I take it, it helps some. It is hard to tell about just the Wakix because I also take my Adderall at the same time.

I have been taking WAKIX since March 2023. No side effects for me. The only thing that it somewhat helps me with is toning down my cataplexic and sleep paralysis episodes during basically daylight hours. It took me about 5 months to get the insurance to stop trying to get me to take XYWAV or XYREM. I DO NOT recommend either of those two medications. I also am prescribed SUNOSI 5 days a week for the EDDS and JORNAY for the EDDS on the weekends (as to not build up a tolerance for the SUNOSI). I hope this helps.
