Hello,

I also like the Sleep 3 tea. I can’t think of anything else or supplements that would come close to improving your sleep.

Perhaps, maintaining your sleep hygiene may be helpful. You could try a wind-down routine. Try to avoid stressful or mental activities 90 minutes before bedtime. Avoid caffeine 6 hours before your bedtime if you are sensitive to caffeine. Darkening your room?

Is there a particular reason why you are wanting to take a XYREM break?
Take care.

I take over the counter Sleep 3. It has valerian root, camomile tea, and melatonin. I have been using this for 6 months now and it helps me Sleep.
