I have mild sleep apnea in additional to type 2 narcolepsy, so my sleep doc suggested positional therapy to help me sleep on my sides. However I also have chronic pain in my shoulders and neck and hips which makes it painful to sleep on my sides. Sometimes it's so bad (like last week) that the pain makes me nauseous. I am diagonosed with severe sleep apnea, and I am struggling to continue to wityh my CPAP Therapy. Tried different masks but still feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable. Is there anyothe therapy,meds etc I can explore?
